SOMMELIER SELECTION

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES

In February 2012, the blending of the 2010 Sommelier Selection occurred and what an event it was! This year's attendees came from far and wide to perfect what is to be the current release in this line of fantastic restaurant wines: Mark Bright – Saison – San Francisco, CA; Jennifer Knowles – The Inn at Little Washington – Washington, VA; Russell Burkett – Nana Restaurant – Dallas, TX; Mary Horn – Wine Trends – Cincinnati, OH; Phil Natale – Bob’s Steak & Chop – Grapevine, TX; Joseph Scalzo – BR Guest Group – New York, NY; Andy Andresky – 1776 – Crystal Lake, IL; Josiah Baldivino – Michael Mina – San Francisco, CA

The 2010 Sommelier Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied elegant wine brimming with rich blackberry, cherry and cassis flavors. The wine was crafted in a style that makes it the perfect pairing with a wide range of cuisine. Soft and round on the palate, the wine displays a nice structure and perfect balance.
